The First Step Toward a Successful Legal Career: Lawyer Arm Supasit Siri Presents Certificate of Congratulations to a Graduate of the 66th Practical Advocacy Training Program of the Lawyers Council of Thailand

On 24 July 2026, Lawyer Arm Supasit Siri, Managing Director and Attorney at Wongsakorn Law Firm, presented a certificate of congratulations to Ms. Chonthicha Kaewsananai (Mind), a trainee of the 66th Practical Advocacy Training Program organized by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage. She has been undertaking her practical training at Wongsakorn Law Firm since 2 February 2026 and is scheduled to complete the program on 3 August 2026. This marks another important milestone on her legal career journey and the beginning of her path toward becoming a professional lawyer with pride.

Throughout several months of practical training, Mind gained hands-on experience in legal practice through real cases, including preparing case documents, reviewing case files, assisting lawyers with legal work, and learning the systematic operations of a law firm. These valuable experiences cannot be acquired from textbooks alone. Practical training has given her a deeper understanding of the roles, responsibilities, professional duties, and ethical standards expected of legal practitioners.

On this occasion, Lawyer Arm Supasit Siri congratulated Mind and shared his thoughts on professional development. He emphasized that experience is the most valuable asset for anyone in the workplace. Working in different organizations allows people to gain diverse perspectives, recognize different strengths and management approaches, and compare them to identify the most suitable path for their own growth. In contrast, those who have only worked in one organization may not have had the opportunity to see the broader picture of the working world. Therefore, giving yourself the opportunity to learn through real-world experience is a worthwhile investment for the future.

Lawyer Arm also shared his views on practical training for law students and advocacy trainees. He said that choosing to complete an internship through real hands-on work is highly commendable because it reflects honesty and a genuine commitment to learning the profession. Although some people today choose to register for an internship in name only in order to complete the program without actually participating in practical training, simply obtaining a certificate without real experience can never replace the knowledge, understanding, and practical skills gained through hands-on work. The legal profession requires not only knowledge and professional competence, but also integrity and honesty from the very first step of one’s career.

Wongsakorn Law Firm would like to extend its sincere congratulations and appreciation to Ms. Chonthicha Kaewsananai (Mind) for choosing to learn through real-world experience and for successfully completing her practical training. We believe that the experience she has gained throughout her internship will serve as a strong foundation for building confidence, responsibility, and professionalism in her future legal career. No matter what challenges or working environments she may encounter, she will be well prepared to move forward with confidence and pride.

Finally, Wongsakorn Law Firm wishes Mind every success in both her personal life and professional career. We sincerely hope that the experience gained from this practical training will become the first stepping stone toward becoming an outstanding lawyer—one who possesses professional knowledge, competence, strong ethics, and unwavering integrity, and who will make meaningful contributions to society and the justice system in the future.
